kl:00,18 01|05|2012 Sawtalkurd

The Terrorist bombings witnessed in Damascus yesterday,  was a new game by the criminal and  the murderous regime and  which is still commiting serious and dangerous violations   aginst the rights of Syrian people, never the less the arbitrary arrests and abductions of citizens and hiding them forcibly, murder, torture and displacement  are still taking part in a continuous and systematic way , despite the regime approval  on Annan initiative task,  the army is still  inside  the cities and towns, and despite  the presence of International Observers , there is still  victims  falling on a daily basis.
The Terrorist bombings that took place yesterday in Damascus that claimed the lives of many Syrian citizens and led to the wounding pf others, and in conjunction with the arrival of the head and the observers  of  the international observers Mission   to Damascus yesterday, and especially after the the zero hour plan, prepared by the Syrian people  to come out in large numbers to the squares, especially in Damascus in order to solve this situation.
We believe that last night explosions , were only an extra bloody  trick out of alot of tricks made by this regime, which in these tricks this regime seeks  to justify its military spreading everywhere in the capital, Damascus, and to terrorize the people to prevent them from exercising their right to demonstrate peacefully, taking the fact that the  Asadi regime is  still  trying hard and in any means possible to mislead and intimidate and distract the Observers mission in order to prevent them from doing thrir work which were welcomed by the Syrian people as an initial step in the framework of the  Annan initiative mission to stop the bleeding, although it does not rise to the degree of effective protection of civilians, and it does not  include the means and the actual mechanisms of saving them, by making pretext and illogical excuses that Damascus is facing a huge  terrorist threat.
We in the Human Rights Office of the Syrian National Council deeply deplore and condemn these criminal  and terrorist acts and giving the regime full responsibility for what happened, and we demand the international community to form an international investigation committee to expose these heinous crimes and to held account of the perpetrators, accomplices and the instigators and we demand the UN Security Council to response with a suitable way to these continued  criminal acts  in Syria which they can be regarded as a crimes against humanity , by taking  decisive and effective stand, especially as the regime has not committed to  the UN envoy initiative, Mr. Kofi Annan and not willing to so frankly, if we consider its  exposed every day behavior.
